According to the Act CXXV of 2003 on equal treatment and the promotion of equal opportunities, all budget agencies employing more than fifty people and all majority state-owned legal entities are bound to accept an equal opportunities plan.
In 2005 the PNPP projected its equal opportunities plan that was accapted by the trade unions, the managerial board as well as the employer for the period 2005-2007. The plan is under review.
