Nuclear competition

The aim of the game is to build a simplified model of a nuclear power plant. We advise to try first how the components work individually, then to assemble the system when all the necessary information is available. The time used is measured automatically. Ranking will be decided and results will be linked to names based on the data sent to the webpage operator. No data related to the participants of the competition will be released by the operator to a third party or pesrson.
The results will be evaluated at the end of each quarter (31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December).  The player achieving the best result along with maximum 9 people of his/her choice can visit the NPP at the expense of the plant from anywhere in Hungary. On the visit they will receive a detailed introduction to the peaceful uses of nuclear technologies and the current issues of nuclear energetics.  There will be an opportunity to visit the plant site as well, further information related to the visit of the site can be found on the webpage under Contacts/Visitors Center. The winner will be contacted via e-mail. The time of the visit and other details of the trip can be negotiated with the organiser.
When the excitement of the competition has subsided, it is worth to watch the animation showing the work of components.
